Stuart Crichton has been with Pengrowth Management Limited since 2003 managing the accounting, tax and treasury functions of this company and two affiliated entities. In 2008, Stuart helped Kinnear Financial Limited establish its independent office and assumed the role of Vice President, Finance. He also acts a Vice President, Finance of Caledonian Royalty Corporation.

Stuart is a Chartered Accountant in Canada and the U.K. with over 30 years of experience, primarily with oil and natural gas companies. Previously, he served for four years as controller at one of Canada’s largest crude oil marketing companies. During the prior 10 years, he held positions of increasing responsibility with a senior producer of oil and natural gas. His work experience in public accounting firms as well as publicly-traded and privately-held companies makes him highly qualified to provide investment and financial analysis and financial management recommendations.
